Dubai Project Manager was set up to give developers, businesses, and homeowners in Dubai a single, accountable point of contact for their construction and fit-out projects. Instead of managing an architect, a contractor, and a cost consultant separately, our clients work with one team that coordinates all of it.

We cover the full range of project management disciplines: construction project management, cost consultancy and quantity surveying, contract administration, tendering and procurement, feasibility studies, and owner’s representation. Our team applies UAE construction practice and works within Dubai Municipality, Dubai Development Authority, and relevant free-zone submission processes.
