Dubai Project Manager provides construction project management, cost consultancy, feasibility studies, contract administration, PMO setup, owner's representation, tendering and procurement management, fit-out project management, MEP project management, program management, project monitoring, real estate development project management, quantity surveying, and villa project management. The specific scope of any engagement is agreed separately in a signed proposal or contract.

Figures produced by our online cost calculator, or shared in initial conversations, are estimates only and are not a binding quote. A firm quote is provided only after we understand your project's full scope, following a consultation.
