Managing the Build From Mobilization to Handover
Construction project management covers the physical build phase of a project: mobilizing the main contractor, tracking progress against the agreed programme, reviewing quality on site, and managing variations as they arise. We attend site regularly, chair progress meetings, and issue clear written reports so decisions are made on current information rather than after the fact.
We work across structural, architectural, and MEP packages, coordinating trade sequencing so that one contractor’s delay does not cascade into the next. At handover, we manage snagging, testing and commissioning sign-off, and documentation close-out before the project is released to the owner or occupier.
